185g Prepared Andean Sol Organic Quinoa
64g All Purpose Flour
2 Ripe Bananas
1-2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
90g Dark Chocolate Chips
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 180°c and line a baking tray with parchment.
In a medium bowl, combine the quinoa, flour, oats, salt and cinnamon.
In a large bowl, smash the bananas and combine with the maple syrup and eggs.
Fold dry ingredients into wet until evenly dispersed. Stir in chocolate chips.
Spoon onto pan and flatten into a cookie shape.
Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool before removing them from parchment.
